His credentials are further solidified by his standing as an Advocate of both the High Court and the Supreme Court of Zambia.

Mr. Hara is a visionary leader, entrusted with the strategic direction and operational management of his law firm. His responsibilities encompass the comprehensive oversight of daily activities, the formulation and implementation of firm policies, and the representation of the firm in critical external matters. He ensures unwavering compliance with all legal and ethical standards, reinforcing the firm's reputation for integrity and excellence.

Ms. Linda Ng'ambi Mumba is a tenacious advocate with over eight years of experience in legal practice. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Zambia and completed her Legal Practitioners Qualification at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE).

Ms. Mumba specializes in Family Law, Human Rights Law, and Commercial Litigation. Her methodical approach to legal matters has earned her a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. As an Associate Advocate, Mr. Kaipambe serves as the firm's primary consultant on international legal matters and leads the corporate advisory division. He has successfully negotiated several high-profile joint venture agreements between Zambian enterprises and foreign investors, ensuring compliance with both domestic regulations and international standards.

Beyond his practice, Mr. Kaipambe is a visiting lecturer at the University of Zambia Law School and has published numerous articles on investment law in Africa. Ms. Butemwe Masikini Pelezo is a promising young lawyer who joined Hara and Company after graduating with distinction from the University of Zambia with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). She is currently completing her Legal Practitioners Qualification at ZIALE while gaining practical experience at the firm.

Ms. Pelezo demonstrates particular aptitude in Constitutional Law and Human Rights Advocacy.
